Combatting Asian-Hate & Antisemitism

Cambridge thrives when every community feels seen, safe, and supported. As antisemitism and anti-Asian hate continue to rise nationally, we must take local action to ensure our city protects and uplifts its Jewish and Asian residents. Hate crimes and bias incidents should be tracked transparently, and city departments must be trained to respond with urgency and cultural competency. In a city as diverse and progressive as Cambridge, we have both a moral and civic obligation to lead by example. Supporting all communities strengthens the social fabric of Cambridge. I will be a vocal and consistent ally in the fight against hate, and a partner in building a city where everyone feels safe regardless of their identity.
